Terms and Conditions for Delta Insight Consulting’s Free Analytics Health Check promotion.

• Eligibility

  The Free Business Health Check promotion is available to businesses registered in Australia. Delta Insight Consulting (.DI) reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Scope of the Health Check

  The health check is an introductory assessment provided at no charge. It is limited in scope to a high-level review of business data practices, processes, or systems as agreed in advance. The health check does not constitute a full consulting engagement, audit, or professional advice.

• Limitations

  • The health check is offered for information purposes only.

  • No guarantees or warranties are provided as to outcomes, future performance, or business results.

  • Businesses should not rely solely on the health check for decision-making. Further tailored professional advice may be required.

• Confidentiality

  Information shared by participating businesses will be treated as confidential by .DI and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

​

• Use of Outcomes

  A summary of findings may be provided to the business. Delta Insight Consulting retains ownership of any frameworks, methodologies, or templates used in the health check.

​

• Exclusions

  The free health check does not cover implementation, detailed analytics, custom reporting, or ongoing advisory services. Such services, if requested, will be subject to a separate agreement and fees.

• Liability

  Delta Insight Consulting (.DI) is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by a business as a result of the health check. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited under Professional Standards Legislation (where applicable).

• Promotion Period

  The promotion may be withdrawn or modified by Delta Insight Consulting at any time without prior notice.
